Mr. Mohsin Shahwani is the Head of Chambers. He is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan with over 17 years of practice in law. Mr. Shahwani was appointed as the Additional Attorney General for Pakistan (Sindh) in April 2025. He is a Barrister of the Hon’ble Society of Lincoln’s Inn. He attained his law degree from the University of Buckingham in England and was subsequently called to the Bar of England & Wales as a Barrister.

Mohsin Shahwani Law Associates is also enlisted on the panel of a number of government functionaries, including but not limited to the National Bank of Pakistan, Sindh Building Control Authority, Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, National Tariff Commission of Pakistan, and the Pakistan Tobacco Board. He has also advised and defended the Sindh Revenue Board in a number of sales tax on services cases.
